David Joined Eve soon after the birth of
Eve. Originally a member of numerous 80's cover bands he came to Eve
with numerous ideas and certain concepts of what a guitarist should or
could be. He was able to explore his ideas and start to forge what would
be the perfect combination of technical ability with raw energizing
Guitar playing. Sometimes with smooth chord progressions and others with
raunchy fun laced guitar playing we believe David has been able to shine
and progress and become the guitarist he always wanted to be!
Adam Hemsley, Bass Guitar and various
other odd noises
Adam is Eve's Regrets original Bass
player, Adam and Tim met while attending L.M.C. and the recording arts
program. Adam was playing in an originals band called in San Mateo.
While he really enjoyed the structure and musicality of the other band
Eve provided Adam with more of a challenge "No limits" Adams thoughts
fell right into what we were trying to accomplish. the only rule is to
serve the music. No ego, no pre-conceived ideas. only the desire to
write your own parts with no interference from its other members.
Kari Cole, Rhythm
Guitars, Lead and Backing Vocals.
Kari is the original Vocalist for Eve
and has been its most dedicated member since the Rarefaction day's.
That's right Eve's Regret used to be called Rarefaction and held that
name for a couple of years until we decided to change it to Eve's
Regret. We never intended to have a female vocalist in the band, all the
music we had been writing was meant for a male voice. We enlisted Kari's
Help a few months before we went into the studio for the first time. Her
job? arrange and sing the vocal parts so that we may teach them to the
vocalist of the future. The first time we heard Kari sing was in the
studio and we were all kind of blown away! here we had known this girl
for years and never knew she could sing and play guitar!
Tim Arnold, Drums and Percussion
Tim Started Eve's Regret because he
grew tired of the cover/tribute scene. He felt he wanted to do something
different and new. It started with a very simple premise, write your own
parts. He felt that if you are made responsible for your own parts you
would have no business whining about "creative difference" after all
your responsible for you own parts. Its no O.K. to bring in finished
material. After all if its finished There is nothing left to write. Its
an all for one attitude to serve the music by serving one another..
