Unfortunately The CD "Damn That Hurt" is now out of print. we have been receiving some E mails lately about this album and we are sorry to say that at this time we will not be able to re-produce this disc. The masters have come up missing and we do not have the capability at this time to remix the record. we are as sad as you are because that too was one of our favorite records.
As stated on the front page we now receive more attention from the good folks in France than any place on earth. We would love to extend a special offer to you. how does free downloads sound? I will work out the details in the next few days! a special present from us to you!
Holy smokes!! this band takes a
back seat to no one. from the 1995 release of "Damn That Hurt" to the 2000
Release of "Saving Detroit" I could tell this was not your average Alterna-crap
shit bands. this is true alternative Rock and roll! A heavy blend of new
meets old, this band has put it all together. Eve's regret is the new
Progressive Alternative.
Powerfully and emotionally delivered female fronted Rock. The promotional
tunes I have received from "I don't Recall asking" are by far the best of
Eve. This band will draw you in and never let go. Its no wonder I have A fan
of Eve's Regret for the better part of ten years.
"
The album Saving Detroit should put Eve's Regret well over the top. I
think this new album puts Eve's Regret, head and shoulders above the rest.
From the heart pounding drive of Forceful Living the intricate rhythms of
Green Bean, to the mood of Under The Rock, Eve's Regret has again
re-invented themselves as the coolest band of their genre". Just a bit of clarification I was personally at the Lindee's show that was reviewed by the knuckleheads at Powerslave. Eve put on one hella show that night although they seemed to be a little out of their element. They were tight, fast, and had the entire crowd on there feet for the whole one hour set! after the show I witnessed a rather large crowd of teenagers asking the band for autographs and any memorabilia that they could have. Too bad the the person that reviewed the show for Powerslave was biased and not able to see the night for what it was! Is it any wonder that person no longer does any reviews for us? Tom Preston. Contra Costa Times. We all read the review and did not really give it much creedence. we all understood that it was an alleged "metal" show. The promoter however asked us to anchor the show because of the fan base we had in that area at the time. Thanks for sticking up for us Tom we appreciate the props.
